RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

There are no returns or exchanges for all items unless it is defective or the wrong item was received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is damaged in transit, you MUST provide pictures of the box before it was opened, in order to determine if it truly was damaged in transit. If this is not provided, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund but we can offer a 50% discount if you purchase the same item (within 30days of approval).
Please note, this strict policy is due to the fact that we are a very, very small business - just trying to growth and make ends meet.

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the 1) same condition that you received it, 2) unworn/unused with tags and/or stickers, and 3) in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt and/or proof of purchase provided through email at the time the item was ordered.

  • Kindly be informed that returns will be directed to an alternative address different from the original shipping address. The alternate address will be provided when and if the return is accepted.
  • If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not received any refund.
  • The return label is good for 15 calendar days, if the item has not been dropped off to the carrier by the 16th day, the refund and/or exchange is forfeited (will no longer be valid).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale/clearance items or gift cards.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at enrichcreations@outlook.com.
